Hello Australia, We are Tanoga Pty.Ltd!
Tanoga Pty Ltd, trading as Ariga Coffee, started its journey in Australia post-COVID pandemic in 2021. It is partnering with a local Takengon, Central Aceh cooperative, to introduce Indonesia’s complex coffee tradition, especially in Gayo Highlands.
A few of our notable coffee creations are Gayo Kopiko, Upside-down, and Bajigur, served on our premises in Clayton. We are proud to say that we are one of the pioneers in bringing Gayo Coffee to Melbourne. All our Gayo Coffee was grown by Duma Kopi Gayo in Takengon, Central Aceh Regency, at an altitude of 1,450 to 1,850 MASL and is 100% fair trade organic Arabica beans of Catimor varietal with moisture content of 12%.
We are also supported by Jack Runner, featuring coffee from West Java, Garut and Ciwidey specifically. Grown at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,600 MASL, the coffee came from Lini S varietal and has been processed naturally and washed. Another variety we had is from Rumbia, Jeneponto, South of Sulawesi. This full-washed coffee bean came from Lini S and Typica varietal and was grown at 1,200 – 1,600 MASL.
