Hello ITPC Partners! Through this capacity building, BI regional offices gain insights and knowledge on how their MSMEs can penetrate the export market. The event was opened by Mr. Ricky, Director of the International Department, Bank Indonesia.
In her presentation, the Director of ITPC Sydney, Ayu Siti Maryam explained the megatrend in Australia, which due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of the border by the Australian government for almost 2 years had an impact on shifting the lifestyle of the Australian people. They become more fond of outdoor activities for relaxation and exercise and increasingly prefer a healthy lifestyle.
With this lifestyle shift, there is potential for Indonesian products for sports shoes, sports clothing, casual fashion, and healthy instant food.
In closing, Ayu shared that Australians like products that include complete information on raw materials and manufacturing processes, especially sustainable products, which also provide social values.
How about ITPC Partners, are you ready to enter the Australian market?
